I go by old-school philosophy and that's just basically hard work and … hardcore dieting and staying very strict and living a groundhog day like lifestyle. Which I think is very important. Stability.. Focus.. And the set routine is the only way to go of being the top of the world. I think that's why I eventually made it to this point. To all you guys out there that think my shirt is too small … It's because I'm too damn big. I don't count reps. Time to get BIG C'MON!! My foods right now, I'm basically shooting for 10 meals a day.
